1. Consultancy Services Fees

2. Payment Terms
  • For one-time consultancy services:

    • 50% payable upfront.
    • 50% payable upon completion and delivery of the final document or agreement.
  • For monthly retainers:

    • Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month.

    • Fees are structured in two installments:
      • 50% upon engagement.
      • 50% upon final agreement being signed by all parties.
3. Additional Expenses
